I am here to serve you as your Mindful Wellness Guide.
For as long as I can remember, I've been a Seeker. Forever curious about our humanity, interconnectedness, freedom, wellness, deep happiness, peace, and how to lead a "successful" life. Early on I was also passionate about the performing arts, spirituality, creativity, fitness, and all things that make us come alive.
In 2001, I became a Certified Yoga Teacher & have taught ever since. In 2016, I completed the UCLA training in Mindfulness Facilitation at the Mindful Awareness Research Center in Los Angeles, CA, and accredited by the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior.
