My goal is to help you live out your Best Life; enhancing your overall quality of living & wellness. Mindfulness Practice is experiential; you are your best teacher but more often than not We need guidance. I am here to educate, support & facilitate your experience. There is so much to explore, uncover, learn, grow, and reap from a Mindfulness meditation practice. It will change your relationship to life & help cultivate compassion, confidence, creativity, peace, awareness, & well-being. The benefits are abundant & Scientific research is also proving the physical, mental & emotional gains from a Mindfulness & Meditation practice. I am here to serve you!

For as long as I can remember, I've been a Seeker. Forever curious about our humanity, interconnectedness, freedom, wellness, deep happiness, peace, and a "successful" life. Early on I was also passionate about performing, music, spirituality, creativity, fitness, writing, dancing, all the things that make us come alive. 

In 2001, I became a Certified Yoga Teacher & have taught ever since. In 2016, I completed the UCLA training in Mindfulness Facilitation at the Mindful  Awareness Research Center in Los Angeles, CA, and accredited by  the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human  Behavior.
